Talent Gait is looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, seek improvements, collect and drive requirements and bridge the gaps between business owners and technical teams. The position is responsible for ensuring that project solutions are in line with Enterprise goals by considering the overall operations of the business, including, e.g., profitability, and the effect on short- and long-term objectives.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Capture and document business requirements from stakeholders effectively.
  • Review current procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Work with technical teams to implement the solution.
  • Work with the project team to develop an economic analysis cost benefit.
  • Draft reports and materials for business.
  • Aid in the testing and validation of projects.
