We are searching for a meticulous Catalogue Executive to work on SKU creation, product uploads, data accuracy & quality checks across multiple marketplaces. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate product data, image consistency, attribute mapping and overall seamless catalogue functions in order to increase the discoverability of items, reduce errors and build an enhanced customer experience.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SKU numbering to facilitate accurate merchandising and create structured product mapping across platforms.
  • Post product cards with correct names, descriptions, prices and requirements.
  • Check product images, twist and description before uploading.
  • Work with design and content teams to update and correct listings.
  • Keep the product database up-to-date and monitor the life cycle of products.
  • Resolve enumeration errors and suppression issues immediately to minimize any impact on sales.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge degree in SKU nature and management of catalogue data.
  • Experience of uploading products on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify.
  • Very meticulous in details to get a perfect listing with 0 errors and discrepancies.
  • Experience with Excel for bulk uploading and data validation.
  • Understanding of marketplace compliances and attribute mapping.
  • Excellent Interdepartmental Co-ordination and Communication.
