The HR Executive is the face of Talent Gait for all our employees. You manage all the fundamental “people paperwork”—from onboarding to tracking attendance. It’s a bottom-of-the-pyramid position that takes an enormous amount of empathy, discretion and zeal for providing the right experience to new hires.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead seamless onboarding of new hires from A to Z, including providing all necessary equipment, software access, and introductory training materials.
- Keep current personnel files in HRIS and ensure personal data and contracts are accurate and confidential.
- To process monthly attendance and leave records to give accurate information to the Payroll section for proper payment by the due time.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events that contribute to a positive company culture and boost overall staff morale.
- Process general employee inquiries or issues on company policies, benefits and procedures, ensuring a timely professional response with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the recruiting coordinator to schedule interviews, organize candidate communication, and draft offer letters using company-approved templates.
Skills Required:
- Excellent local working knowledge of the labour law and employment legislation to ensure HR’s compliance with them.
- Adequate experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to process employee information effectively and prepare reports for the HR department.
- Strong written and verbal communication ability to communicate with team members at all levels in the organization and professional representation of the HR department.
- High sobriety value on EQ and ability to work through delicate employee issues with a degree of empathy, discretion and patience for fair resolution.
- Outstanding organizational abilities to handle a variety of administrative details, including filing, appointment scheduling and maintaining records without error or deadline oversight.
- Confidentiality and integrity to manage sensitive company data and employee information with the utmost professionalism.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include a focus on administrative excellence and employee support; you are responsible for investigating and troubleshooting the entire employee lifecycle -from hiring, through employment, to offboarding in all systems of the company.
You will support the hiring by facilitating logistics , but in general, decisions and sourcing are made by the Talent Acquisition Manager or a dedicated Recruitment Specialist.
HR Executives can also move to HR Generalist positions, where they are given more responsibility for policy development, employee relations and strategic human resource planning.
