- Analytical skills to conduct “COST TO SERVICE” analysis and investments to reduce the cost of shipping without impacting the quality or speed of service.
- Leadership skills to oversee a variety of drivers, warehouse employees, and coordinators and their day-to-day performance.
- Expertise in the last-mile delivery tactics that will improve the ultimate customer experience, and ensure products are delivered just as anticipated.
