Talent Gait is looking for an ambitious Paid Media Specialist to develop, implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns through various platforms. This person will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing ROI, managing budgets and analyzing performance data in support of business growth by utilizing paid search, display and social advertising tactics.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize paid campaigns with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis and audience targeting to reach and return on investment.
  • You’d win with the flex to watch campaign performance daily and tweak bids, creatives, and targeting to drive conversion improvement and lower CPA.
  • Work with creative and content teams to create engaging ad copies, as well as visuals and landing page tactics.
  • Produce comprehensive performance reports that detail KPIs and recommendations for both campaign optimization and client budget allocation.
  • Keep digital advertising trends, platform algorithm updates and new tools to maximize campaign performance.

Skills Required

  • Good experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical Skills Required with marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and conversion tracking setup.
  • A/B testing, audience segmentation and data-driven optimisation to drive greater engagement and conversions.
  • Understanding of keyword research tools, bidding strategies, remarketing strategies and campaign automation.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the capability to understand metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS and quality score.
  • Strong communicator — ability to articulate campaign findings, performance trends, strategic recommendations and vision for stakeholders.
