Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple sources for recruitment, such as job boards, social media sites, and professional networking, to fill open positions in all departments.
- Review CVs and perform phone screening schedule to evaluate technical expertise, professional experience, and fit with culture.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating meetings between candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a pleasant and professional experience for all involved.
- Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, and share regular updates and feedback on candidate statuses.
- Provide support with drafting job descriptions and offer letters – ensuring all documents are precise and reflect the company’s brand.
- Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date in terms of candidate records and all recruitment information stored effectively and correctly.
Skills Required:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to attract active, passive candidates.
- Strong communication abilities – to do efficient interviews, and be the first thing potential new hires could see from Talent Gait in a professional way.
- Excellent organizational skills are a must to handle so many open job requisitions at one time, along with dozens of candidates in various stages of the hiring process.
- Ability to screen for “culture fit” and soft skills during the interview process, new team members are expected to demonstrate CTF values.
- Ability to work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workable for efficient handling of recruitment flow and candidate information.
- Good time management to work towards ambitious goals of hiring, but being sure no corners are cut in terms of good candidate experiences and quality of hire.
