Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies designed to increase capture of goods – from sourcing origin, all the way through delivery to customer.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with worldwide vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts to deliver materials required for business promptly at an optimum cost.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the purchasing of different commodities in order to ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained, managing inventory carrying costs and stockouts for key company products.
  • Leverage supply chain data for early risk detection (e.g., geopolitical changes or delayed shipments, etc.) and launch proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with production and sales organizations to match supply chain capacity to forecasted market demand and project timing.
  • Track and report on supply chain KPIs, e.g. order accuracy, lead times, and total cost of goods sold.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in both SCM (Supply Chain Management) software and ERP systems to monitor shipments worldwide, manage stock levels, and review vendor performance. Results-oriented with the ability to prospect leads.
  • Negotiate the best pricing, payment terms and SLAs with multiple vendors/ service providers.
  • Your strong analytical thinking is depth to optimize the logistics routes and warehouse layout the whole transport cost is cut down\uff0cspeed up fulfilling the state.
  • Knowledge of international trade laws, customs processes and import/export documentation to facilitate the efficient movement of company goods worldwide.
