- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Visio to map out complex workflows and pinpoint areas of opportunity.
- Strong analytical mindset to be able to conduct root cause analysis on operational failures, and develop permanent resolutions that will eliminate the incident from occurring again.
- Strong change management capabilities to help guide staff through process changes and overcome resistance to new ways of working among teams.
- Familiar with data analysis tools to measure the “before and after” metrics, and the financial benefits of process changes.
