Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy in support of Talent Gait’s overall business plan and strategic direction and to ensure long-term organizational growth.
  • Drive the recruiting and hiring process to ensure that the company is able to attract, hire and retain world-class talent across all departments.
  • Oversee the resolution of sensitive employee relations issues: provide expert advice and coaching on conflict resolution, performance management, and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Design and/or manage the implementation of competitive pay, benefits, and policies so that we remain a competitor for talent in the local market.
  • 100% compliance with labour laws & workplace safety regulations through rigorous audits and strong policy implementation.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to create an environment of excellence, learning, and “people-first” when it comes to human resources.

Skills Required:

  • A strong expertise in strategic workforce planning to ensure the company has the right talent structures for the future.
  • Professional experience of the laws governing labour and employment to reduce risks & exposure to lawsuits at work, and must promote a fair and legally compliant workplace.
  • Good management and leadership skills are required to lead the HR team and influence seniors with regard to important people-related business matters.
  • Strong mediation and negotiation skills to address sensitive employee issues & negotiate with outside vendors and benefit providers.
  • High competency in HR analytics to measure critical metrics such as turnover and employee engagement, with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvements.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to conduct company-wide town halls and articulate complex HR initiatives across all employees.
