Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a centralized corporate learning roadmap that helps promote professional growth while ensuring an up-to-date understanding of the technical needs of the business.
- Develop a regular job skills gap analysis and, based on these, createa target-oriented curriculum for diverse departments.
- Own the company’s LMS (Learning Management System) to deliver interesting, current content in a way that is accessible for employees.
- Identify and direct external training providers/vendors to administer tailored workshops and certifications that augment the company’s internal competence.
- Conduct applications, technical and soft skills training workshops for company employees.
- Calculate the ROI of training initiatives by monitoring changes in employee performance, engagement scores and internal promotion rates on a regular basis.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory to produce impactful, engaging, and memorable training materials for a wide variety of learners.
- Excellent knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate to create and manage digital courses.
- Outstanding delivery and facilitation skills to facilitate high-energy workshops, engage audiences and ensure participation with both in-the-room and virtual training.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee several training programmes at a time, from inception through to review and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training, track data to iteratively develop and enhance company-wide learning and development options.
- Ability to lead in the management of L&D budget and influence stakeholders to have employee development as a business-driven philosophy.
