We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will be responsible for the customer retention strategies via email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, segmentation, automation flows and loyalty programs. The position will be focused on increasing retention, repeat purchase rate, CLTV and other engagement metrics by using individual communications.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer retention.
  • Build out automated series such as abandoned carts and post-purchase.
  • Segment the database to tailor marketing communication initiatives, as well as conduct staff profiling.
  • Follow the performance of your campaign maximize open and conversion rates.
  • Work with the marketing team on campaign rollout.
  • Monitor retention metrics and customer lifetime value often.

Skills Required

  • General familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and automation workflows.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze retention and engagement data effectively.
  • Strong content writing skills for marketing emails and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Experience with e-commerce retention marketing best practices.
