As Talent Gait’s Implementation Specialist, you will be one of the first members to work with our customers during implementation. You’d be responsible for setting up the platform, integrating it, and ensuring smooth movement into production as we bring in new customers. Position Summary This role is to concentrate on setting up technical aspects, customizing workflow, system checking and providing organized traing courses for smooth running.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up customer accounts, workflows and permissions based on implementation plans and project timelines.
- Integrate with 3rd party tools + API’s , making sure systems are all interconnected, and that data can be synced easily.
- Pre-launch system testing must be pursued, and configurations should be thoroughly verified.
- Provide organized training for administrators and end users.
- Run and Walk — Create deep implementation docs & content.
- Support post go-live and transition coordination and execution.
Skills Required
- Solid experience in SaaS implementation and configuration.
- Understanding of API and workflow integration systems.
- Strong training and presentation skills.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- To create and maintain clear documentation, and to have good process mapping skills.
- Capacity to handle multiple implementation projects at one time.
