Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Combine the financial forecast with actual capacity to determine whether the company can fulfil demand while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Skills Required:

  • Strong ability to analyze complex data and develop a business strategy based on that construct to drive organizational growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to drive high cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through completion.
  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence software and CRM systems to maintain and refine data flow for internal reporting and communication.
  • Strategize to align operational processes with financial objectives, so that every activity is driving value for the company commercially.
  • Strong communication skills to drive stakeholder buy-in at all levels and communicate in new SI operational initiatives and process changes.
  • Extensive knowledge in risk management to recognize potential business disruptions and establish preemptive action plans to safeguard the company.
