The Sales Executive achieves their revenue target by selling directly to End Users of Avaya’s products. You must have excellent communication skills, represent the company in an ethical and professional manner, deliver consistent results, and attend industry-competitive events (tradeshows) as needed.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, face-to-face appointments, and self-generated in-market leads/referrals.
  • Clearly articulate what you are selling today, including specifics of the problem being solved for a customer/market and where there is competitive differentiation/value proposition.
  • Close deals by negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to maintain a high rate of customer satisfaction without compromising the company’s profitability, and to ensure customers receive superior service.
  • Report on sales activity and maintain a tracker of sales performance in the CRM.
  • Develop a lifelong relationship with customers so they come back and refer you to others.
  • Work with marketing and support to improve customer satisfaction and revenue.

  • The ability to articulate what is being offered and to influence customers’ purchases.
  • Strong negotiation skills in order to bring a deal to a close whilst preserving trust and long-term relationships.
