Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services to potential clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new prospects and opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach.
• Provide insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product development and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering- Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Industrial production
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
• Relevant work experience of 1-3 years.

Skills Required for Senior Sales Engineer:

• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Familiarity with Visual Workplace Management, Machine Safety Solutions, or Digital Solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial customers.
• Should have either a bike or a car with a valid driving license. (Reimbursements of fuel usage to be made as per the company travel policy.
• Proficient in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel as required.
